EXISTING OR ACTIVE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

If you are already enrolled in the scholarship program and have recieved tuition support in the last 12 months prior to June 30, 2010 – you are still an active participant and are eligible for Fall Tuition Support.  We will however, need you to complete an updated electronic brief enrollment form.  Access to this form is located to the right on this home page.

You must also be sure that we have your grade report for the last courses paid for by our scholarships – please fax to Mary Powell at (919) 990-9518.   You may also fax any unpaid Summer Tuition bills to this number or email them to mary.powell@governorsinstitute.org using the Subject Line  – SUMMER TUITION.

For other questions regarding your fall financial aid you may call the ESAP INFO LINE at (919) 256-7412.  Please leave a detailed message.  Your call will be returned within 48 hours.

IF YOU ARE NOT ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE SEEKING FINANCIAL AID:

All new scholarships will be awarded directly by graduate program departments schools listed on this page.  To be eligible, YOU MUST BE FIRST ENROLLED IN ONE OF THE PROGRAMS LISTED UNDER THE GRADUATE PROGRAM TAB ON THIS PAGE.   These new criteria became effective on July 1, 2010.

If you are already enrolled in one of these master’s programs and are interested in being considered by your school, you may begin the process by completing a brief electronic enrollment form using the button on this page.  If you are enrolled in a master’s degree program that is not listed here, you are not eligible for funding at this time.

The Governor’s Institute is however, committed to expanding opportunities for people to achieve their educational goals and will be seeking additional funding to support other groups of students in the future.  Please check back on this page for new financial aid and continuing education support as it becomes available.
