Founded in 1920 and consistently ranked as one of the best in the nation, the UNC School of Social Work offers a certificate program in Substance Abuse Studies which meets the requirements for the Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) credentials administered by the NC Substance Abuse Professional Certification Board.
